1. Agreed meeting of the previous meeting

The meeting agreed arrangements and the date for the AGM – Thursday, 07 May 2026.
It was further agreed that all the current trustees would resign and a maximum number of 6 trustees would be put to the membership for re-election.
If there are more than 6 nominations a ballot will be held at the AGM. Bob to inform members.
In future a third of trustees will resign before the AGM, requiring only a maximum of 2 trustees to be elected each year.

It was agreed that there would be some discussion of the need for all members to help with car parking at the AGM
It was agreed that new parking boards should be designed to show our charitable status:
